Just a cooking tip with your peppers slice them in half lengthways so you can scoop the seeds out because you don’t normally eat the seeds from peppers they’re a little bit bitter in taste. Apart from that looks good 👍

If only I had stumbled across your vlog earlier than today , you would have been welcome to use our scooter for 2 months for free and just saying that I have seen bigger men and women than you on a 125cc and yes I know it is a probably a shock to the system that a Scotsman offers anything for free , perhaps you should sit down . The meal looked awesome unfortunately I am still getting used to the spices , chilies and peppers in Thai food , so I mainly have western food :P and we were also at the village market though later in the afternoon. cheers Willie/Jee
