We enjoyed the Italian and Asian restaurant the buffet was good in the morning. We also went to the sister property, it’s right beside, 2 min walk, there buffet has more options but has a little more people.

How was the seaweed situation? Heard it was bad there, looks pretty good in your video but i am going to the serenade punta cana side not sure if thats a seperate beach

There was some seaweed but luckily there was a one section about 200 feet wide that had nice sand and hardly any seaweed it’s actually between both resorts so everyone can enjoy it.

Did the Preferred Club come with your room reservation?

Good question. We think there was only one class on the adult only side, you only pay different rates for different rooms. Like a swim up for example. I believe you can book the preferred club on the family side. That’s what we understood anyway.

I had same question. Several videos mention preferred club but none of the booking sites have rates for it and even the hotel website doesn't mention it. The booking sites do show preferred club rates for the family side so maybe its included for all guests on the adult side but doesn't make much sense to have a 'preferred club' that everyone has access to. Perhaps it just restricts access for adults coming from family side who don't have preferred club upgrade??

@@spinedoc893Preferred is included on the adults side. Definitely recommend this resort as it’s hands down the best all inclusive I’ve been to.

@@brianvito6766 Thanks for the info. It's definitely on my short list. Just for comparison sake what other resorts are you comparing it to when you say its the best you've been to?? From what I can tell from reviews it seems to rank a bit higher than say a RIU or Palladium etc. but below properties like Secrets/Excellence/Hyatt. Which would makes sense as that's where it seems to sit pricewise as well?

They were a little chilly and the hot tubs were the same temperature. Was refreshing once you got in.
