She is a retriever. They love water. Mine had a kid pool in the summer. . Brittney is my choice. A bath a week is a lot for a dogs skin. Once a month is good enough.

they are such fun doggos. I had a family retriever and it was so hard for us to not let him in the pool-so once in a while we'd just SOAK him with the hose or take him to a lake lol. Hard to come by in southern arizona but we'd go up to the moutains for some fun. Miss the dude.

Just had to add I loveee your videos especially your dog content ! I have learned so much from you & Joey when I first rescued my dog Jax ( husky , german Shepard , doberman mix) and so much since because I found him in grocery store parking lot tied to a grocery cart . He was def abused from what I could tell from his behavior but he immediately like understood that I wasn't there to hurt him & he immediately bonded to my son. Jax is very protective & territorial about our home and the 3 of us in general but he would never bite anyone. He just has a loud scary bark . Thank you so much for all you've helped me with that you aren't even aware of LOL 🤗🤗🤗 We love Mr Preda

My golden retriever is almost eight years old, she used to despised water vigurously. Hated even if her paws were wet. Then last summer I took her to a dog-friendly lake, and half an hour later she swimmed like a beast, like she always knew how to do it. So I agree with you, it's in their genetics. You just have to wait until the "click" in their brain and the fear is gone.

I’m a dog groomer and clipping nails used to scare me but you just have to kinda guess where the quick is if they are black, if they are clear stop where the pink ends that’s the quick and if you get it to where it bleeds it’s no big deal I probably do it everyday it’s really hard to know exactly where they quick ends and they usually don’t feel it its kinda like a nic when your shaving (yes some dogs are very dramatic I promise you they are okay) and if it starts bleeding you can put quick stop in the nail and it will stop or you can use flower that will stop it too clipping dogs nails can be scary bc they are your baby but it is essential bc if they get too long it can bother them while they walk, I’ve also seen dogs nails so long that it curls and cuts into the pad. However yes usually it’s only 10 or 5 bucks and we are usually happy to clip nails bc we have professional quick if it does bleed and we would much rather help then your dogs nails not clipped at all😊
