Hello, I am good, thanks for asking. The possible reason can be over watering or insects attack. You can check its leaves because insects attack under the leaves. As I don't know the actual reason of falling leaves, I can only suggest you to observe the plant and take action accordingly. If you find any specific problem, you may ask me further.

As per u r guidance I just saw that there are no insects under the leaves nor more watering. Down side of the plant the leaves have fallen.

Ohh, so is it root bound? If it is root bound then, try to repot it in big pot, if not then do light pruning and add some fertilizer. It will increase your plant growth and your plant will become bushy.
