Debilatated planets may or may not be weak....they are not aware of what to do. A strong debilitated jupiter gives a lot of wealth for example....an exalted jupiter in lagna or 2nd or 7th house may be bad for a person. A debilitated mars in 4th house is good for peace in the house.

Is it not okay to continue wearing gem stone of enemy planet? For eg, during Sun Mahadasha I shd removed Amethyst or neelam? I was given an emerald to wear during my Ketu Dasha and was removed during Venus Dasha. Now again an astrologer asked me to wear it (emerald) when my Sun Dasha is on.
