An incomplete approval workflow can often lead to unidentified transactions that are pending approvals. Reach out to us if standard NetSuite approval workflows are not sharp enough for your company.

Hi Team, I am facing this issue where me as a user submits an JE for approval. My manager sees the JE, but is not able to find the approve button. I have to resubmit the JE by click "Resubmit" and then second time around my manager is able to see the JE. Is this a bug or a system setting?

Hi, have a look at the approval workflow to see what netsuite bases itself on to send JE for approval to your manager. And update the workflow accordingly. Let us know how it went.

Hello, well explained and was helpful. We are facing an issue where when the PO is approved the notification is not sent to the team. How can I fix this? Can you please let me know? Thank you

Hi, the workflow needs to have a 'send email' action when the status is set to approved. Ensure your main workflow condition doesnt exclude approved po's.
