Purchase custom domain name in Azure using App Service Domain

Exploring one of the hidden features in #Azure or the less-known.
You can purchase and manage a custom domain name within the Azure portal 🚀
The service is called App Service Domain.
It is a bit confusing name as it has 'App Service'. But this have nothing to do with App Service, except that at first it was intended to be used with App Service. Of course, now it could be used with most of Azure services like ACA, Frontdoor, Storage Acount, VM, Traffic Manager...
I think about all the Azure labs and workshops written to demo how to use custom domain name, they all start by supposing you have already purchased a domain name from somewhere else! Where they can just say you can start by getting a domain name in Azure ! And it will be FREE if you cancel it before the end of 5 days!
