Few days before I have attended an interview I had mentioned everything clearly that I'm not experienced purchase manager and I'm at entry level still they accepted and promised me offer letter next day but next day they said they held my profile ... After couple of weeks they called again, ask for the interview for stocks and purchase again they said they will get offer letter by the end of day ... But that evening the said to give time till next day and but they didn't processed my profile further... Now my question is why they didn't back there words? And when my profile was not suitable then why called for 2 times... Is the management confused or have no idea what they actually want ? ... Please clarify... It was a registered business unit not a company
