All this talk is nonsense, just a way for KZbinrs to make videos and pass the time. The real truth about salary is that the employee decides their worth; no one else can decide it for them. If you're capable, the company will give you the salary you deserve. If you're not, then the company will decide what salary to keep you at or even when to let you go. That’s why, to me, this video is just scrap.
