Purchasing a recreation property - Retirement plan

We purchased some vacant land because of the fear of missing out and we are going to find out if we made the right decision. This is an into to some land that we purchased with plans to build some cool tiny building and set it up for the ultimate recreation spot on a budget.

We don’t have immediate plans to build a cottage but we are building some other stuff in the meantime.
