Mr Omid, this is really an awesome presentation. I appreciate the way you explain things, this is pragmatic and concise. I was given purchasing and supply chain courses, and indeed this is hard to make someone use the concepts in real life. Moreover, i'm currently working on an academic project consisting in having different companies from the same supply chain share information about their contrats. This is really hard and usually confidential. People are not used at all to talking about their methods and they don't seem to see the opportunities to communicate better and economize.. I think one of the main problems today is about trust between organizations. PS : sorry for my english.

AQL, the accepting quality limit was something we focused on in the visual inspection production team. Ensuring and reinspecting for quality control purposes can help down the road in further logistical discrepancies.
