There's a lot of collateral damage but...for real....during that zero gravity battle Godzilla, Kong and Mothra were trying to stop ALL of them from getting to the surface. And they did stop all if the apes aside from Scar King. Only him and Shimo made it. Which brought the potential collateral damage way down. Once they got top side though they had to end that whole thing right then or it would've been global deaths. It sucks that Rio De Janeiro got the wrath from that battle but hey...they doin the best they can lol..
