I drank last night and too much..I was in my yard working on my jeep and thought that it would be nice to get some beer, and I knew that I wanted more than a 6pk..I bought a 8pk of tall cans, and it tasted awful but I drank all of them...so here I am this Sunday morning trying to understand why I would do that and of course my body is sick from the poison..I'm playing this music and watching the birds and trees and there is a gentle wind..I believe music like this can be a better mood enhancer than what alcohol promises...I do not remember ever feeling happiness for drinking the night before and have always regretted it..but the mornings I awoke without drinking always makes me smile..there is magic in this music..ok, time to get busy living.

Thanks for asking...the only improvement is that I'm not drinking tonight..just not easy for me to break this habit and am wanting to get some beer but not going to...to be honest I have not been seeking a better way like I should..but I will focus on a true mood enhancement instead of that depressant.

Hi Donald, I understand, it's not easy to change habits / patterns. There is a difference of course between recreational drinking and escapism. Try maybe changing your habits / routines to get out of the frame. And as a dutchy i have to recommend Heineken beer 0,0 - no alcohol and drinkable I must say :) Be well!
