I don’t say this impulsively but this entire solo by Mateus might be the best live solo I’ve ever heard. I’m a huge guitar nerd especially in the Prog/shred genre so there are lots of great players in that realm. But Mateus seems like he can do it all but really concentrates on making sure everything stays melodic. That’s not easy to do. Phenomenal talent this dude.

Just discovered this guy tonight. I am a guitar player myself so I am constantly searching KZbin for new and talented guitarists (or any instrument for that matter) that can intrest me. Because it's the hot players that I look at that make me a better player.
