Hey guys . Greetings from Ireland . I used to love to watch this channel alot pre covid and your moving back and forward from the states to the Philippines. As an Irish guy in a Filipino Irish relationship I found your videos so interesting and I loved watching the family interaction . I followed the pregnancy of Mareis to the birth of Bryson but then covid out a pause to looking at your videos Such a surprise after all these years to see how grown up everyone is Bria is turning into a pretty young lady and Bryson is no longer the baby that remember when he was born . It’s so obvious to see that mom and dad are still much in love and that this beautiful family are so happy . Happy new year guys nice to see you again . I will try not to stay away for so long this time . I’ve got alot of catching up to do .. salamat po❤

I would get a temperature thermometer to not overcook them, but also to not under cook them. Under cooked chicken can be worse than over cooked. Enjoyed the chicken recipe. I think I'll give that a try. Thank you for sharing it. 💗

I prefer the natural skill of trying to learn cooking by connecting to the process. However, I understand in some cases thermometers can be useful like oven cooking. But honestly I just never use them...but maybe someday.

Three of the four chicken breasts were unnaturally large... I think hormone injected.

Don't know about that one Lewis because hormone injections doesn't seem to be the practice here, perhaps just an older mother hen or rooster that needed to retire :)

Male chicken are bigger and stinky. The female chicken is a LOT smaller and no odor. According to my dad who was a farmer in Cambodia😊
