I’ve been continuing my nutrition and fitness activities. Doing KZbin suggestions by Drs Eric Berg , Michael Mosely, & Mike Hansen for autophagy. See: What Dr. Berg Eats I eat 2 meals per day within the 4 hour window. The remaining 20 hours only water and water enhanced with electrolytes. I try to do those days twice a week. I lost 23 pounds within 2 months. Thank you for sharing your recipes! I also swim daily. In year 2019 I enjoyed Marpas pool and Kawasan Falls near San Isidro Barangay.

OMAD is what my Emy does and she is very healthy and looks great! She also drinks 6-8 glasses (16 ounces x 6-8) of water a day. After she eats OMAD she always says "Well, the door is now closed! Lol!

Hi Mareis looks like you have lost weight thought I’d mention that if so can you share healthy recipes and tips 😊as nice as it is putting up a Xmas tree and decoration it’s also nice to take them down and get the house back to normal you did a great job organising the balcony lots of space now thank you for your video 🌻
