The FXX program is reserved for the upper echelon of the Ferrari clientele. The Challenge Program, apart from buyin every possible special edition Ferrari that's put out, is one way to eventually work your way up to get into the FXX Program.

Next time you drive one of these around you should turn everything to 2 instead of 3. You will have a lot more fun and the car becomes more wild. You would never be able to take a corner like that and drop to 2nd gear if it wasn’t for TC being on 3. Great driving all in all!

Really like the paint scheme on the car, which is obviously a "RACE CAR" not a road car. In the US licensing a car has NO bearing on how fast it is. It's 80% about safety 20% the cost of paperwork. The Ferraris in dtm have more aero more power etc so the challenge would be slower

@@bread-od6mj Wouldn't it be the other way around? The DTM cars will have to be restricted in some ways to even out the playing ground whereas there's no real restrictions in running the Challenge cars, no?

Lap time wise how far off is the 488 Challenge Evo compared to the full blown 488 GT Modificata? I gotta think the Modificata is a decent bit quicker? Both are special cars just seems like the Modificata is on another level.

I think Challenge Evo is basically GT3 car without some extra downforce. But then again, the Challenge line blurs the line between it and the proper GT3 racer imho

AMG GT3 has to compare to the 488 GT3 not the Challenge, the Challenge is faster on strait but slower on corners ! The 488 GT3 is faster on a slow and medium track , but in fast tracks like Le Mans, the Challenge is faster! You can see on videos the Challenge cars hit more than 320km/h on Le Mans and the GT3 about 300m/h but in tracks like this one in Abu Dhabi the GT3 cars are faster!
