As somebody who understands what's going on and what's involved to make the transitions as smooth as they are, I'm floored by the talent and professionalism, not every pro DJ can do it as smoothly, let alone from vinyl. This isn't the kind of music I listen to, but I watched this for a long time trying to figure out what he was doing. I may never understand it, but he seems to be really good at it. The transitions are seamless as far as I can tell. He's changed records a dozen times, but I can't tell where anything begins or ends. That, in itself, is pretty cool.

I've been a dj myself a long time ago and listen to a lot of dj's. you, sir a doing a really really good damn job. it's so easy today with sync and filters to mix, but this is how it's used to be done. know your songs, count the beats and do a perfect transition!! it's a blast to listen to your art and reminds me of the good old times (yeah I'm old).

Im learning that mixing is step one to DJing but it takes a master to put together a cohesive full set. Like i can blend two songs together, cool. But to have an hour of well mixed, well selected songs is where mastery gets involved. Really happy i found this channel.
