In my youth, we often referred to these beautifully emotion-laden singers as _crooners._ The level of sheer talent and perfection of vocal skills displayed here, at least in my opinion, exceeds that of their historical predecessors. I’m so excited for Blake’s last season, and Savion Wright (aka Noivas) is gonna do well, imo. He was previously a contestant under his real name on American Idol. Of the two singers performing the same song, the guy from Norway blew the lady from Finland away. His tone was amazing!! The others here were very nice, as well. I could’ve done with a bit less talking from the Finnish coaches at the first, though. That’s one of the things that drives me crazy about the Portuguese auditions; the coaches usually talk over the performance. *stepping off soapbox*. Many thanks and much respect, my friend. 💁🏻‍♀️💕

Just FYI, Savion "Noivas" Wright --- that stage name formed by spelling his given name backwards --- is from Galveston, Texas. For whatever reason, we have some amazing singers along the Gulf Coast. 🎵

Thanks for another amazing compilation; *Pure!* It's great that you featured both versions of 'Break my heart again'. Isak is super talented and I think, one of the front runners in a very strong Norwegian field this year. It is also one of those instances where the Norwegian orchestras musical arrangement makes this performance one to remember for a long time. For me, I like these arrangements better than the original song. As an example, Mina Lund's and Oliver Mathisen performing the duet of 'Dusk till dawn'!

So the Voice US starts its season on Monday, and it'll be Blake's last. As much as I think country music is over-represented on the show, it is true that Blake's a good coach who has won with genres other than country. It'll be an interesting season with Chance the Rapper and Niall Horan as coaches. It looks like Norway's having a run of very good singers, as usual. It's good to see the Voice of Québec back on the air. Thanks for posting this, as always it was interesting to listen to!

The 4th & 5th performers never should have made the show. Both were horribly off-key. Makes me wonder if someone bought their places on the show. They both need massive work, and even after all of that? Well, I'd just have to see if they even have the ability to improve. The 4th one MAY have some potential, IF someone stops her from trying to do runs on every line of the song, the other would be a longshot. It's called "THE VOICE". not "The Looks", nor, "Can Daddy, (or someone), get you on our show?". Wow. The potentials out of all this? 1, 3, & 8. The "If's" - 2, 6, 7, and 9. #9 was also off-key at times, but that was more nerves, because she'd pull it back together. Although, her song choice was poor, or, it needed to be arranged better for her style. Just my opinion on this.
