Hi, I have purchased this yesterday. Both the UV and copper GREEN lights always blinking however the water is dispensed properly. But in your video I can see both the green lights are solid (stable). Is this an issue with the product?

Dispense water(uv or copper uv) for min. of 5min then you will get solid green.

can we keep this purifier continuously on? Because after some time it get switched off or goes to sleep mode and after starting it takes 30sec to dispense water every time.

This is one of the worst product from pureit you can get in the market. I purchased it for Rs. 10,800= thinking it is expensive so, it might be the best uv purifier with lots of filters, but in reality it is the worst purifier with less filters at higher cost. In this purifier you get ONLY One Spun Pre Filter (you can also say the only sediment filter) in purifier and inside there is one Carbon and One Copper filter (which is absolutely same as carbon filter ) Which becomes useless after 2 weeks you can use ph drops to check and one unbranded UV light. Maintenance for this purifier is very Expensive: 1. Engineer charge Rs. 350= every visit even for replacement of new filters. 2. No AMC available. 3. For replacement of filters you have to buy two different GGK kits. One GGK kits includes Only One Carbon and One Spun sediment filter which will costs you Rs. 1799. For Copper filter buy a separate GGK( Germ Kill Kit) which includes One Spun and Copper filter or request them for only Copper filter for Rs. 1000. This Purifier is very expensive to buy and Extremely expensive to maintain. Think 100 Times before you buy. Thanks 🙏
