Start with a simple juice, like carrot/apple, and build up from there. Let us know how you like it?

Hi! I just received my juicer today and am very excited to get started. Do you have to peel the oranges before juicing? I like the idea of getting all the essence and oils from the peels.

I usually peel 3 of 4 oranges. Peels are bitter but having some peel adds a flavor I love. Experiment to see what you like thre are some delicious flavor esters in the peel.

I have to admit, I was thinking the same thing.... I know it's a great machine, but as much as that thing costs, it should cut the items, grind them, press them, and serve the juice to you in a glass!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

@@notmebutyou8350 Before the PURE juicer I simply drank store bought OJ. now with my PURE juicer OJ, store bought now seems like a lifeless orange colored drink.

Alexander, Sorry for the very late reply, Soft fruit like strawberry at the hardest to juice because of the consistency of the pulp. The kiwi can be done two ways: Press only or grind and press. I would recommend using a press cloth liner.

hello David I have a question for you I want to make ginger tea hoping I can get ginger to powder form or close to it. If it's possible which grid should I use

Hi Earl, We are making liquid, I don't see how to get to a powder??? You could make a liquid and then freezes or stabilize by decocting, then add the liquid back in to make your tea. Why does it need to be a powder? Have you watched the ginger shots video? DF

Hello David, I have a question regarding Celery juicing on the PURE. I watched this video comparing a Twin Gear juicer to the PURE...m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/p36okKdrl7RoopY . Near the end of the video one can see a stark difference in the COLOR of the Celery Juice between the PURE and the Twin Gear juicers. The video's title: "Green Star Pro Commercial Juicer vs PURE Cold Press Hydraulic Comparison Review". The color of my Celery Juice using a VSJ843 Vertical is a vibrant green like the Twin Gear's result in the video referenced (John Kohler). I am seriously interested in your (David) opinion of why the PURE's Celery Juice color is much darker. Thank you! Angela
