Many ask, Q. What about the pulp, can it be used for anything? A. All the nutrients are in the juice, the pulp is like cardboard. It's fiber w/ no nutrients Q. Why remove all the fiber, doesn't your body need it? A. If you eat a plant based diet you are already getting plenty of fiber Q. Why not just blend? A. Juice is not filling the way a blender smoothie is. Many don't want to feel too full or fill up on all that pulp, Q. Why juice, why not solid food? A. For many people, especially people on a healing journey, juice offers a way to flood the body with nutrients that are easily digestible. If you need your energy for healing; juicing is an excellent way to provide your body what it needs in an easily digestible form - juice. Q. Does it take long to make the juice A. The PURE Juicer makes about 7-8 liters/hour Q. Does it take long to clean? A. About 3-5 minutes Q. Way does it cost so much? A. because they are not mass produced, they are hand crafted in limited production runs from all custom designed and made parts.

However for all those who are not convinced, you need to try the juice from this juicer, and you will GLADLY clean up afterward. Besides there is no juice machine that doest require clean up 🧼 its just not possible. There is no comparison to a hydraulic pressed juice, it doesn't separate and it can keep for a few days in the fridge, although best to drink straight away, you will be surprised of the taste, so different from your regular juices. And as for the 'lost fibre', you can make baked goods like carrot cake, or muffins or add to your compost, or if you have chickens they will love the leftovers trust me 😍

A short documentary on Neflix, A User's Guide to Cheating Death, Season 1 Ep 1, covers it where it basically affirms that it does mostly turn to sugar and debunks detoxing and juicing fads. It's similar to the "all fruit" diet. Both just create havoc with your intestinal flora. There's so many nutrients in the "pulp" too that juicers don't get. Fiber is so key.

@@latui7350 I think people use the juicer because you can consume a lot more veggies and fruits without getting full. If you meet the daily fiber intake there might be no need to consuming all that extra pulp fiber which might lead to a really hard time at the toilet lol
@latui73505 жыл бұрын
@@hjhseo1114 the stats work in his favor since he's vegan and in Japan (Asian countries have a much more fiber rich diet than western countries). However, for the vast majority (96% in America) do not get enough fiber in their day to day diet. Juicing provides an illusion of a healthy addition to a person's diet, since the majority assume that you're getting all the benefits of the vegetable and fruit in a condensed juice form. While they will receive the vitamins and minerals from the juice, it is much reduced compared to eating the whole fruit/vegetable (ex. the vitamin and mineral content of an apple is greatly decreased when you peel the skin). Additionally, there is scientific evidence that supports the following: - 1 extra serving of juice a day increases the risk of type 2 diabetes in women - Excessive intake of juice may cause weight gain and be dangerous for people with diabetes because juice is a concentrated source of calories and sugar - Insoluble fiber can promote bowel regularity, lower cholesterol, stabilize blood sugars (juice causes a blood sugar spike and crash), and promote satiety to maintain a healthy weight. Insoluble fiber, however, is lost in the juicing process. There is no circumstance where drinking juice will outweigh the benefits of eating the whole fruit/vegetable.
