Great recommendations and that's a good rod. I put the Silver Feather Elite on it. I've used it casting down to 1/16 oz with a 1.5g plastic, fishing for crappies, in Ohio, lol, casted extremely well and very sensitive. I also used the Creek Life Moonshiner jerk with that rod and it was great. The hook keepers PureLure sends them out randomly, as far as color. My Stream came with a red one.

@@MarshallSmithakaSlabs nice! Yeah I took it out for a little while today water was still very cold after the cold front we just came out of but it felt nice and I cold make out the bottom content very well with a Ned on

That is a nice rod demont I’ll definitely be checking that one out for another BFS bottom contact setup. Also let me know how you like sunline almight, I’ve switched a couple setups over to it and have been really happy with it. Thanks as always definitely been enjoying all the new uploads. wow size 15...damn. Yea Im 6'4 and are 14 in basketball shoes and 13 in vans and such. I heard people complaining this rod is "like a broomstick" but if its just fast like the zero then its great for bottom contact.

@@yep.fishing yeah it’s action is a little firmer than the Zero but very good for bottom contact baits you have to set the hook on.

Consider buying the Megabass Orochi X 10 Kirisame Baitfinesse (1/8 to 1/2 oz lure weight, solid tip, f 2.5, action extra fast). I got it and it quite impressed me. Well balanced and really sensitive. I use it exclusively for bottom techniques (C-Rig, Cheb-Rig, T-Rig, skirted Jigs…). By the way….I love my Tender Shoot as well :)

@@arnemueller2112 I’ve been eyeballing that rod for some time now keep saying I’m going to get it then talk myself out of it but I’m gonna go ahead and get it! Thanks for your input! Yeah I have 4 Tender shoots now I’ve been giving my son all my other cheeper CDM reels

@ let me know how you like this rod. I think you won‘t regret the purchase. Unfortunately, my son decided to change direction and hunts more for women now. He was my fishing buddy until he was about 17. I really miss the time on the water with him…
