Of all your vids, I decided put to comment in your cover of my fav track of my fav IM album. Man... you are another reason I should quit playing guitar... It requires time, dedication and some discipline... but also one must be somehow a little gifted... and I lack all of these features. Anyway (frustration and jokes apart)... Congratulations for all your cover videos (and tutorials). At least I managed to learn certain parts/riffs and I'm happy just with that. Also thanx for your technical effort on editing/filming Dave/H's parts separately (even the smallest guitar fill on every song). Finally... It amazes me how smooth and fluid you play all these parts. In all you vids you look so relaxed and confident and make it look easy like you were playing Blitzkrieg bop by The Ramones.

Fair play, the last two songs on Killers are some of the most intricate guitar parts Maiden have ever done. If you join a cover band as a solo guitarist and the band say they want to play Purgatory and Drifter... not an easy gig,

Agreed. Most of my Absolute fav's are from Killers. It's jst such a unique entity. No wonder the 1st two albums launched them into a worldwide phenomenon. Ibanez makes a great explorer and the fender here is Dave Murray all the way. Great guitars, colors and of course, as always, great cover Nico. Just when you think someone can't do a PERFECT COVER! 🤘😝🤘 This is such an underrated Maiden song. It's just exciting energy from the first intro notes to the finale slam. Another one of those songs that are great to workout to or great to blast as you're on the way to take over an organized crime headquarters.

Amazing as always!!! There is something that is driving me crazy! The legatos at 2:53 are ascending or descending pull offs? I mean, are they start from 9-10-9-10 or 10-9-10-9 ? ? ? I guess they are descending but can you confirm that?

It's 9---10-9-10-9-10-9 etc. So they're ascending but the first note is held longer so it's a delayed hammer on to the second note which is what makes it seem like it starts from a pull off. I hope that helps a bit 🙂

At first you have to make a conscious effort to keep it from tensing up. Whenever you feel tension, stop, shake it off and try again. Avoiding the grip of death on the pick helps ☺️
