Managed to pull him and he seems a bit underwhelming compared to tmeli and t1u for pve, maybe just me but it's kinda annoying that the new melis atk related stats is only for one card every 3 stacks, because often times the boss will not even aoe but single target some other character leaving his passive inactive until i can get some cards. Edit: turns out he hits pretty hard, even without the atk related stats and debuffs, just gotta find out which can be applied to dogs

People don’t see a million damage single target and call a character trash. You have to realize that a million+ dmg is so overkill you’re technically killing the unit you target more then once. It’s all about set up and he’s super easy to set up which makes him phenomenal for quick games especially with his insane cc.
