Actually, ultimecia has no bad matchups. She is by a wide margin the best character in the entire game. So this Gabranth player won despite basically fighting the Brawl Metaknight of 012

Good matches, though it looked like Tabithia's characters struggle against Gabranth...since mid-long gives him time to EX Charge, and in EX Mode he just dashes in and punishes the long attacks.

Idk why Gabranth is B tier. The Gabranth player defeated an S Tier character. He should be in A tier with his EX mode.

Probably because he is vulnerable when he's EX charging. Its a problem if your enemy is hyper offensive. Not to mention, when you're now EX mode with Gabranth, some player will try to dash away from you until you run out of your ex meter, trying to make it a huge waste; Another problem especially if the opponent uses a fast character such as Zidane. Also. Gabranth is not very good for filling up the assist meter. Might be the reason why the Gabranth player in the vid uses EXP to assist
