This recipe is so simple and easy to make and is one of the popular choices of many Indians especially South India, and served for morning breakfast or for lunch and dinner. It can be served with choice of Indian gravy curries but the best combo is the aloo bhaji / aloo sabji.
Puffy wheat flour poori is a substitute to the poori made from Maida.

Ingredients
For Puri :
1) wheat flour - 2 cups
2) salt - 1tsp
3) oil - 2 tsp
4) water (for kneading) - 1/4 cup
5) oil (for frying )
For Aloo Bhaji
1) potato, peel & cube - 3-4
2) water - 1 glass
3) cooking oil - 2-3 tbsp
4) mustard - 1 tsp
5) urad dal - 1 tsp
6) green chilli - 7-8
7) curry leaves - 10-12
8) tomatoes - 1 (optional)
9) Onions - 3-4 (chopped)
10) turmeric powder - 1 tsp
11) salt to taste - 1-2 tsp
12) coriander leaves- 1 cup
