Ideally it is better to take the 5 positive millets namely Barnyard millet, Kodo Millet, Little Millet,Foxtail Millet And Browntop Millet As always include plenty of green leafy vegetables in your meal and exercise portion control . Ragi is considered a neutral millet. hence for diabetics it is better to include the 5 positive millets ,as suggested by Dr Khadar Vali in his millet /siridanya protocol
