I think it's awesome that she did that and I respect her right as a free moral agent to choose how to do such. I share the same sentiment growing up to my wedding day. So I know first hand it's possible. And most people that didn't always want to hate and make sarcastic statements. However I would have done it differently, by presenting just the certificate and all, and omitting only the uncomfortable detail of 'hymen still in tact'. In all, I'm proud of her, and respect how she chose to present it. And I pray this will be an inspiration to young adolescents today amidst all the negativity and 'upside downs' of a fallen world. KUDOS, WAY TO GO GIRL.

This was absolutely beautiful! It is a testimony of their faith in God and how much she respects her father which we hardly ever see these days!. Her sharing this moment was something we needed to see. Her parents did a great job raising her and she wanted the world to know that. How can anyone see this as something negative but oh I forgot we are living in 2016 and we would rather see TV shows and social media posts that glamorize teen pregnancy, promote sexuality, show absent fathers, and advocate promiscuity! No matter what time we are living in, God's word NEVER changes! It has nothing to do with being old fashioned but has everything to do with how you value yourself and knowing that your body is a temple and it is so precious that it should only be given to the person God has created just for you for him or her to enjoy! What a special gift the both of them gave to each other! I am sure it was like getting a gift box from Neiman Marcus or Tiffany's and because of their value, the anticipation of waiting to open the gift is beyond words because you know it is going to be grand not only because it is Neiman's or Tiffany's but because the person giving you the gift thought enough and loved you enough to give you something so precious! And let us not forget the price they had to pay to be able to give you such a gift! This testimony only made me wish I could turn back the hands of time and do it all over again. I would have done it the same way! To know I honored God, my father on earth, and my husband would have been amazing but I was not strong enough so I will never know what this feels like! Tim and Brelyn you did that and I can not be more proud of you both! Some young person will look at this and be inspired! Don't let anyone derail you from this platform God has given you both with their negatively. God is pleased and that is what matters! Enjoy each other to the fullest now for the rest of your life! This is a bit TMI. I understand instilling values but this 'purity certificate' stuff is amazing. I notice how there's a big deal about how the bride waited until marriage...but we haven't heard 'peep' about how many women the groom 'befriended' before his marriage...and that's the shameful doublestandard.
