Wow. This somehow reminds me of a memory I had with my husband. At the very beginning when we first were dating we randomly drove in the middle of the night to a donut shop 45 min away from his house and got donuts and hot chocolate and sat at the beach and smoked weed while we looked at each other can't believing that we found each other. Here we are like 5 years later with two kids and we're still so in love. This song somehow brings out that memory and makes me smile!!! ❤️ The power of a song to be able to do that is just amazing!

I'm getting Dntel vibes from this in a really cool way. From the CD-skipping-in-the-car sound to the drum beat that hits at the end, plus all the sweet and deep and cheeky lyrics in between.
