Cool video, especially the dog . . . just hanging out, casually taking all this in. Well, angel farts or not, I ordered my purple a couple of days ago. If this works even somewhat as advertised, I'll be a very happy camper (have been dealing with back issues for quite some time). Thanks for posting . . .

I lifted one side of the bed and let it slide out of the cylinder, its easier if there is another person holding the mattress while you pull the cylinder off. I bought a queen and a king (the king is 150lbs so be careful.

Everyone says this mattress is cooler (temperature) than other mattresses. Does that make it harder to stay warm with this mattress in the winter?

No, I thought it would, but it doesn't. It does feel a lot cooler when you first get in bed, I think because of the air pockets under you, but after a few minutes it warms right up.

uhh I'm pretty sure you were not supposed to cut the outside bag... it's has a zipper

it comes with the cutter. they want you to cut it. what he didn't do is unzip the other end. he only unzipped one of the ends. plus he should of had it on the bed frame due to it being heavy and bulky once opened. that's what they didn't film is getting it on the log frame
