I don't have any experience using it on people but I have had no success using Spectracide on yellow jackets. Raid Wasp and Hornet spray works much better.

Just got a 17 foot Little Giant ladder. It has safety rails that can extend vertically and horizontally. It has leg levelers for uneven ground, very clever design. 290 dollars at their website. Very stable and safe.

Honestly I don’t know why people see the kick and the trigger is bad on them?? I just barely got one and shot it the kick wasn’t bad at all at least not for me and the trigger was just fine not a bad trigger pull at all I don’t understand why people say this but then again I’ve only shot mine I have never shot any other so maybe they are not all the same all I know is mine was just fine no complaints..

I purchased a die grinder from Harbor freight. Just to have for specific need. Used it 10 minutes or so with a rorary bit. Put it on the shelf, a year later needed it, damn piece of crap would not even move to turn over. They said I had it too long.... last electric tool or just about anything else I'll purchase there. Chinese junk...

I can't believe you let someone spray these chemicals in your face. I hope there are no long-term health concerns from it. Thank you for providing this valuable information, however. It's frustrating when people recommend wasp spray - even years and years later - when it's very clear it's not effective.

Huh, I've had the blue bench vise for almost 8 years now. Finally have had trouble with it, I used a cheater pipe on the handle crushing a 3/4" black iron pipe for a project I was fabricating. It still works, I can just feel a little grind in the worm bolt going thru the main jaw now. I'm no fan, would never use their tools on my contracting jobs but at home, they get by. Heat treated tools, well, lets just say china still hasn't figured out how to do that in this modern era. Lol

Where are any comment stories on using wasp spray to fend off attacking vicious DOGS? I know people should have some interesting stories. Does it work on DOGS? There is a funny and telling video on yt of a guy spraying a neighbor's attacking dog with BEAR spray. The dog raced back home and went inside and the neighbor's house party fled into the street due to the noxious smell in the house.

why would it work on dogs? use dog spray. or pepper spray. pepper spray is 50 state legal.
@johnpublic6582

@@jessegpresley Since people are mammals and dogs are definitely not mammals and are actually vibranium robots from the planet xenu there is every chance it would totally work on dogs. It works a lot like chocolate where people love it, but every dog that has ever tasted it died. I know when I was a kid the dog ate my Easter basket of about 3 pounds of chocolate and in less than 17 years she died.

I am still unsure. Commenters below have stories ranging from it hurting terribly or else not hurting at all. Some State laws may or may not classify using it as a felony. I'm sure any court of law would not prosecute you if you use it for protection in a violent PHYSICAL assault. Just spraying it in a neighbor-on-neighbor verbal fight should be charged.

Yeah, that's not gonna go well in court. It's not really any different than spraying some one with arsenic in self defense, it's just not gonna fly.

It is a Federal crime, but that doesn't matter. Mostly, it will do nothing. The petroleum distillates can irritate the eyes and lungs. Compared to pepper spray, it's nothing. The poison component will do absolutely nothing. Drugs and alcohol can make a personal able to withstand crazy amounts of pain. It really doesn't matter if some wasp spray brands will hurt more, use pepper spray. The difference is like a hard smack on the rear versus 5 rounds boxing Mike Tyson.

I got sprayed in the face with a bedbug fogger by a psychotic roommate and the judge gave him simple assault. The DA asked if I wanted him to be charged with aggravated (e.g. felony assault) and I said I didn't want to bother. He got 10 days in jail and 6 months suspended.

Sorry, but the $10-15 angle grinders are actually pretty good for their price point if you're a weekend project guy or hobbyist. I literally have 30 of them with different heads from cutting to grinding to woodshaping to flap disks and they work like a charm. In all the years I've bee using them, only 1 switch went bad and have yet to have to replace the bushings. They save me a ton of time switching disks and have lasted under the roughest use rebuilding my cabin

1. Screw extractors don't really work in the first place. And I wouldn't buy them at HF if they did. Bolt-outs, on the other hand, I certainly won't buy at HF. My Craftsman set is 10 years old and works better than the single 3/4" Matco version I have (for a specific nut on my car I ended up cutting off with a Dremel) that cost the same price as the Craftsman set. 2. My cheapo blue and silver HF grinder lasted 3 years and the motor burned up using a wire brush to clean out windshield sealant on a car I was rebuilding. Bought the black and red one to finish the job and it's almost 10 years old now. 3. Auto glass sealant cutter, not the chain type. Lasted 2 minutes. Blade came dull as he11 and broke within that period of time. 4. Sheet metal crimp/clamp pliers. 2nd clamp the jaw snapped off. Not even super tight to the metal either. Was trying to straighten out some metal prior to panel bonding in a replacement piece. 5. Smaller cheap 20V circular saw. Well, the battery. Doesn't even last through 2 passes through the 4 foot side of a 3/4" board of MDF. Was building my entertainment center for the new TV I bought, 4' by 2' by 13". Took a week to cut the parts because had to wait for the battery to charge between 2 cuts... 6. The screwdriver set. Used smallest Philips to open Nerf blasters to remove air restrictions and resistors on motor pack to increase range. Lasted 3 screws (these aren't exactly torqued like lug nuts or something) before handle just spins on the bit. 7. The cheapo air die grinder. Still have it and still works (when I have a compressor). Lower bearing retainer on the business end kept coming loose not matter how hard I tightened it. Ended up using threadlocker on it and haven't had a problem since.
