Dr. Fright is a good one. Next I suggest either to go with the poltergeist, which is very different from all the other series 1 killers (it can't be killed, imagine that!), or to delve directly into series 2, where the complexity ramps up with great scenarios like the homages to The Thing and Alien as well as the "trapped in a madhouse" genre.
