This video shows making purple sweet potato rice with our TSE70-R twin-screw extruder. purple sweet potato rice is one kind of nutritional rice (nutrient rice). It is made from rice powder and purple sweet potato powder. Compared with fortified rice, nutritional rice has a higher profit margin.
