The DLC had so much potential: We could have got closure in a whole quest/plotline where Kieran sides up to be a secret Team Ogre recruit member, or that he reluctantly get's recruited and says it was his only way to hone his Combat after someone showed appreciation for it. Dammit!

A lot of people crap on Scarlet and Violet (admittedly deserving in some places) but i don't think anyone can deny that Arven, Carmine, and Kieran are some of the best characters we've had in awhile.

I know right? And they missed so many opportunities to make this 1st DLC even better. Kieran could _easily_ have had secret siding with the infamous Ogre Clan. He's totally built and even dressed for it! Wold have added a whole new Battle-focused layer to the plot. Ah well.

(The player arrives to a rural village shortly before a festival, like Keiichi arriving in Hinamizawa shortly before Watanaganashi, then we're forced to keep secrets over events that occurred during the festival, Kieran's "LIAR!" freakout from earlier and his tendency to scratch at himself when he's breaking down, and the evil god (or Legendary, in this case) actually being a good guy.) It's my favourite anime, and I noticed alot of parallels too, especially with Kieran's character. Reminds me of Rena's outbursts, so scary. Would be amazing if Pokemon really did take inspiration from Ryukishi07's works, but they'd have to do an exceptional job at keeping it kid-friendly.

Okidogi is based off of two dog breeds The Japanese Akita and the Shiba Inu (both of which have spikey ears. Cliffe is the second person who said they thought it was a gorilla, but a cat is a new one😭😭😭

In previous battle he tried to cheer his team. " you can do it ". " Time for a super effective ". In the last he only talk about winning, being strong and not losing to you. That's why bro needs a hug. Ps: also, thanks to him i finally love Nemona. Got an inch on how it feels to be hated because you win. Nemona got through it before we did 🤣

I know my grass Tera chandlure carried me HARD through all the battles and so did mamoswine. The rest of my team kommo-o,pawmot(or pawmo,I mix the two up),basculegion and sinistcha tho I replaced sinistcha for bloodmoon Ursaluna before the final fight with Kieran. All powerful Pokémon, my pawmot was level 100 but it can’t tank hits for shit so I solemnly used her. I did build everyone competitively when I got them so it might explain why I had an easier time. Now fighting the loyal 3….I had a hard time and idk why💀😭

Toxic chain is a 30% proc chance but I have a theory that while titanic it doubles to 60% because it does proc way too often during those boss fights, Can't find any official answers one way or the other though

Seemed around 30% chance per hit for me. Do keep in mind that if they use spread moves and hit both your Pokémon and Carmine's 30% per hit means they have a 51% chance to badly poison at least one of your guy's mons.
