22:29 Metal burst is like both counter and mirror coat in the same move. It deals back 1.5 damage taken but it doesn't matter if it was physical or special.

This. The one disadvantage to the move being it doesn't have negative priority like Counter or Mirror Coat, so if you outspeed the opponent, the move fails. Bastiodon's a perfect pokemon to make use of it, since it's so slow. Also, Metal Burst can be scary because all of these moves ignore all type matchups besides immunities and deal fixed damage and unlike the other two, there are no types with an immunity against Steel types. So assuming you go second, it will always hit.

I'm playing through Platinum, and that just happened to me except it was with my own Pokémon. My Speed Boost Yanmega got an omni-boost twice in a row with Silver Wind, so she was at +2 Attack, +2 Defense, +2 Sp. Attack, +2 Sp. Defense, and +5 Speed. Random note, I like the Lopunny line and that’s for a few reasons with the main two being the obvious one, Chad, and the other one was my Buneary that with a combo of Work Up and Headbutt completely dominated the first half of the game in my Ultra Moon playthrough and even soloing Hala so I hate how people tend to make fun of people who like Lopunny
