@AmericanTed , new but may not be original . I bought a pair of original CAT native American design shoe made of leather for Rs.1950 (USD26.5) . These were export excess ( they make 5% excess on large export orders for replacing in case of defective shoes ) . These excess shoes are sold after the main consignment is inspected and shipped off . .

There's a Scam in India where they rub dog poop on your shoe and then they lead to one of these guys to clean it and charge you insane prices...this guy in this video literally followed me for a week afterwards trying to get the "balance due" he didn't get 1 ruppee out of me!!
