"salamin" means "mirror" it came from the famous scene from Snow White where the witch asked the mirror, "Mirror, mirror on the wall who's the fairest of them all?" so "Salamin, salamin" is translated to "mirror, mirror" but instead of asking who is the fairest, the song is about asking the mirror whether the person she loves, loves her back :)
