Dude's 47....he's doing pretty good but the rest of them seem amazed by it. Esp people in the US seem to have such low expectations of what's possible as you age and such high expectations of deterioration and poor performance. Diet, movement, sleep. Add doing what you love or things that keep you motivated and it's not hard to be fit AF into your 60s and 70s. I'm 58 and ride 30-40 days a yr here in Japan, do big hikes, ski too and there's a crew just like me. Move with joy and don't stick shit in your face...oh and alcohol is poison, period.
