Stumbled upon your channel by accident but I'm loving it. The simple home cooked meals are so much like what we eat out here. The music soothes my soul, the scenery reminds me of my village and your mother who looks so much like my late maternal. Thank you for the videos. Sending peace, happiness and light your way. Much love from Việt Nam ❤️

if you harvest purslane late afternoon, it will less sour, and if you harvest younger plant it will softer, older stem could be harder, you need more cooking. Purslane has domesticated variety with bigger young leaf and bigger plant, wild purslane could be seem, but there is more purslane species too. In the morning 10 times more acid are in the plant then afternoon. Seeds has high oil content just like poppy.
SO HAPPY for new video!!😊 I've learned so much from you & your family. Very much appreciate you all❤❤❤❤❤❤

Our family used to eat them in Taiwan. This was a wild vege from the wild and we hunt for them. Here in the States, I have lots of them in the back garden. They are fatter with larger leaves. Never picked them up and forgot they are edible until I saw this video. Thanks ! Great film !
