I actually thought your snatch pred pandemic was good i can only go up to 175lbs and my pr for power clean is 225 but probably 230-240 id my max i do olympic lifts to jump higher and improve my basketball game its made an incredible difference all round for almost every skill not just athleticism

That's awesome to hear! Olympic lifting has for sure been a great way for athletes to cross trian for other sports. Also, great numbers you're putting up!

@@peeyush981 absolutely! You got this.. just put in the work and you’ll be back in no time :) strength comes faster then the feeling of you being able to trust it generally. For good reason. Haha
