You can conjecture how that went, but suffice it to say that you're probably pretty well-versed in how it goes with civilian police, well, military police are a lot less cuddly.

Great video. I admit being totally confused by the AK highway lane paint. I have never driven through the state but had I, I would have stopped to take a picture and have someone explain that to me the first time I had a chance. Flashing green lights mean different things in Canada and not knowing that causes accidents. Definitely educated by this video!

Being uncooperative is the first sign to alert law enforcement. If you have a desire to experience severe treatment, then have at it. But, don't try and claim later that you ran from a uniformed policeman in a car with flashing lights because you were afraid of them. If you've done nothing wrong, what's there to be afraid of? I wasn't involved in this incident, but I feel like beating the driver's ass myself.

He only asked for a supervisor once in the original, the poster here looped it twice. Only possible SovShittery was him asking for a supervisor - but that was due to the unmarked car in a very rural area -- not playing legal games. Its almost universal that SovCits never have a DL, registration, or insurance and he had all of those. That particular cop has a short temper too. He really had no justification to PIT or especially to TOW the vehicle. No felonies were committed, he was just being an ass. The flimsy excuse to tow (and abandon the family on a rural roadside) was just to get around the 4th amendment by forcing a search. You realize the poster put that title there for click bait -- he gets PAID for everyone that watches.

He was going over 20 MPH over speed limit and fled from trooper. So in August 1 in Arkansas he could get up to 6 years for felony fleeing. Judges need to start handing out those sentences so people will stop fleeing. If judges don’t enforce the punishment then the law will not do any good.

There IS a law that they can drive slow with flashers and call 911 though. If you watch the video when he was pitted.. . guess what he was doing? "If you are unsure if you are being stopped by an actual police officer, activate your turn signal or emergency flashers and pull to the nearest well-lit location, or dial 9-1-1 and request confirmation that an actual police officer is attempting to stop you. " Looks like a match to me. That was why he wanted a supervisor - in his opinion the cop was making strange commands. (his teenaged daughter was behind that door the trooper in the UNMARKED car wanted him to open -- he suspected the officer and wasn't going to give him access to his daughter) He wasn't really thinking straight, but that is what set him off and he told wifey to call 911.

Its an UNMARKED CAR on a low traffic back road. They just arrested someone last week for fake lights on a similar car. Everyone decided he was a SovCit and lost their minds. Nothing he said other than asking for a supervisor once (which goes with driving slow and using flashers and calling 911 to verify) would indicate he was playing sovcit games. He has the legal right to call 911, and its not supposed to be up to the "trooper" whether he is "allowed" to exercise that right. And the sad part is that a TROOPER IN AN UNMARKED CAR should be VERY familiar with that law and not get all pissed off because someone wants to verify.
