It's just to distinguish the different Troop jurisdictions. Some are the same because according to the four color theorem no more than four colors are required to color the regions of any map so that no two adjacent regions have the same color.

No ban. ASP is always hiring and putting on Troop schools. That's the reality of any LEO agency.

You're answering your own question then. When newbie Troopers are released from Troop School, they are partnered up with FTO's. And FTO's can pick/choose the incidents they involve themselves' with for training purposes. I'm not putting you down, but you're right. There ISSSS correlation because these FTO's have to sign off on the newbie Troopers progress, so they NEED pursuits in order to accomplish the FTO training. They also will work a lot of accidents, and everything else, so it's more than just pursuits. @@QemeH

What I'm trying to say is: I have watched a lot of videos on your channel and I never saw a video with an FTO talking or being mentioned in it before. But the last two weeks there suddenly were three videos with an FTO in it. So my question is: Did you change anything in the way you select videos? Did the ASP change anything in choosing what videos to release to the public? Did the hiring process change? @@greatpariscars 01:11 - vehicle enters onramp to I-555. 01:23 - C12 U-turns to get behind vehicle. VEHICLE RAPIDLY ACCELERATES TO AVOID TROOPER IN THE INTERIM. Watch speeds of Trooper who can't seem to catch up with it from 01:23 - 02:21. You're right though. Not a speeding motorist. We should called him a reckless driver instead. Thanks for the debate!

You know they have forward-facing RADAR units installed in ASP units? So the driver's rapid acceleration between 01:23 -- 02:21 could be notated.

@@NaturalStateTransparency What you're describing is after the fact. Why did the trooper make a U-turn to follow the car in the first place? Was it tinted windows? It wasn't speeding because that happened after the trooper made the U-turn. Does anyone know? Do we have access to the police report?
