that is a very strange looking soil type. hard to tell in a video. is it gravel-ish hard pan when cutting out and wet chunky clumps when dumping? is this the reason you are pulling the pan with a track machine? seems that the undercarriage costs associated with this setup would astronomical compared to rubber tired scraper. so, there must be a reason for the dozer pulling set up. i know you gain increased traction and need less of a push cat. but...can you shed some light on the why? thanks!
