Push to Talk Circuit for LNA (without a relay!)

We show a push to talk circuit to use the ACC1 port on the Icom 9700 radio to turn on and off and LNA. This is designed for an LNA, but could work for a power amp if you use a P-channel mosfet instead of an N-channel mosfet.
