I’ve gone completely no contact with him after he dumped me. I only asked for my boundaries to be respected, and he couldn’t-hence the break up. Had a real wobble, but stayed true and will stay in no contact to heal myself. I’m pushing him away and I feel my detachment from him. I said goodbye by text and left it there. @@marcc4878 Well... a lot happened. Firstly, I never ended up deleting her. She came back to me briefly for a week and then went back to the same guy. I sent her a couple of messages and went no contact for nearly three months. Something out of our control made us contact each other again recently and now I'm starting no contact again. We are still good friends, but she is with the same guy and happy. I have started speaking to someone else and hoping it leads somewhere. I still have feelings for her, but it feels like I can definitely try and move on now.

I agree, but I would add few things. First: disappear from her radar and her family and common friends radar. Then reveal yourself when you set and ready. Great advice I tried the no contact within three days she called me twice, once in the morning and the other at 4. I know she loves me but she needs to work on herself, but at the same time I work on me. She knows it. We will be fine but the break is what was needed and I am glad she broke up with me . I have a pretty high success rate when going no contact. This is the first time I’ve gone no contact and haven’t heard back. Her ex bf crawled after her writing multi page letters to her while me and her were together and she has gone back to him. Time will tell but I have a feeling she will come crawling back. 99% of it is how high you build the walls at breakup. Stay strong and battle on!

We are on a break right now with no contact. Other than the dog we share and to get some of my stuff. I have not moved out yet completely as this happened 3 days ago. He has taken me for granted. I did not contact. My ex monkey branched and was in a rebound relationship during the no contact. She got in touch multiple times during her rebound and it’s now been a year and a bit. I stay away and never chased. She still in that relationship but keeps reaching out. I then closed that down and wished her the best for the future. Truth is I know she’s not settled or happy in that relationship because of what she tells me when she gets in touch. It is hard to forget the relationship. But her being with the rebound still helps me completely move on now. Tough man!

1.5 months of partial no contact. We would contact each other here and there and told I text her to meet up to fix things and she basically said there was no point in meeting up to fix things I simply reply to this with a okay and deleted the text message thread. Usually I’ll feel regret after I texted her but I didn’t feel that this time I feel like I tried to find a resolution between us but she didn’t want it or care for it. I got 10 ex girlfriends now 6 of them are bugging me, bothering me, my stupid relatives keeps giving them information about me. They broke up with me and now they want to come back to my life? They already dumped me in the first place, why come back? What the hell for? What's the point? I am Hard but I am Fair and I'm with a new girl now. It's not gonna be fair with my new girl now IF I'm gonna dump her just to get back with one of my ex's. So I'm confused bro! I don't love them anymore I don't have feelings for them either and they want to comeback? Is this some kind of silly games that women are playing?? Because I don't play that games and I'm a serious guy, I takes everything very seriously. All of my Ex Girlfriends asked for a break up, I had given it to them peacefully, no arguments, I accepted it, dealt with it and moved forward and got a new girl, now IF I'm my new girl does the same thing then she will end up like my other Ex girlfriends. I don't play. It's always a One Way Ticket.

Not if they r in another relationship or situation, they will not return, this feels like a "false hope" type of a thing....i could be wrong but im just sayn....to be on the safe side, even though its going to hurt like HELL, sleepless nights, the urge to drive by their house/apartments whatever, driving by their old stomping grounds to see if they went back to a once again recycled situation just like they rebounded with YOU on the other guy/gal...etc etc., Yada Yada,.... Cut em off completely, start a journey to cut em off, i mean face the grim reality that he/she has a new boo in their bed...the texts u normally received, the new boo is getting those "Good Morning and goodnight" texts, the "when r u coming thru?" texts..... My unborn child’s father left the day of my sonogram. I caught him hiding posts & stories on fb & ig. He was flirting w/women and talking to his ex. She wanted to be with him and he hide it from me. My first ever relationship, of almost 4 months, which was toxic due to my BPD, ended because she couldn't take me anymore. She lost feelings. I begged for her to stay but instead got with another guy a day after as a rebound relationship. I begged for her to stay, to no avail. I sent her paragraphs upon paragraphs of love, but at the end, got blocked on everything and was told to move on and that she's moved on. It's day 2 of no contact for me.

I just got divorce, I still in love of my ex wife, she is a narcissist unfortunately, big ego and she told me there is no possibilities to be back, but she wanted to be friend, we went out few times after the divorce, but all she does is hurt me, so i told her we no longer are friends, she blocked me and changed her phone number, she went on extreme, what do you recommend me to do?
