I like the fact the rounds are measured by time and not a number of reps. It let's me go at my own pace and focus on my form. Aspecialy while using a keltbell where a person can easily hurt them selves. I also read an earlier comment by someone who likes the atmosphere the two of you bring and I agree.

Yesterday I went shopping for prom dress (graduating from university) and in several stores the clerks made comments about how beautifil my body is, one even said those dresses are made with bodies like mine in mind, I was so flattered... All thanks to you! I love your vids, thanks!!

I just got a wave of depression watching this and I just wanna let it out. 6/7 years ago I was a rockstar with fitness blender, they helped me lose 20lbs. 2 years ago I suffered a knee injury playing volleyball. Severe. I started back in the gym and I lost 13lbs doing modified workouts but I came back here looking for a full-body to do tmrw and I realsied what I could easily do 7 years ago with fitness blender I can't do anymore. Not one of these exercises are knee friendly and I'm just laying on my bed here crying. I wish I never played volleyball. I'd rather have my amazing knees I had before. Damaged cartilage/ligaments never heal completely so I am doomed with this lifelong injury. I'm only 26.

Do more videos like this! This is my favorite, it's my go to, and I'm ready for a little variety. I also really like the ones when you are together. Since there are two of you, you are able to give more feedback about form and you are entertaining :) My 2- year-old loves you. Whenever I turn it on she says, "Daniel talking" or "I want Daniel's house " (after watching one where you were in your house) and then refers to Kelli as "my friend" because she can't remember her name.

I do this every other day and I have noticed that the little bulge in my belly has gone down. I can now comfortably wear fitted shirts. I have also noticed overall toneness.

I love, love, LOVE and I mean absolutely LOVE doing kettle bells with you both. Thank you. I have done ) KBs with another well known lady( won't mention her name) but because there as little instruction as possible I injured myself. But with coaxing from my daughter, I am back. Been doing them for almost a year now. Lol. Our rottie hears me groaning thru them and still whines because he thinks there is something wrong with me. The jury is still out on that. You two are crazy...but I follow you so who is the real crazy one? ;) Keep up the great work.

This was KILLER! Came back to this workout after 6 months of working out with FB - it was one of the first strength training workouts I attempted when I was starting out and I couldn't even get past the squat pulses! Just finished the whole thing this morning with no breaks, feeling like a beast :D Entire body feels thoroughly worked, the pushups nearly toasted me haha. Workout Complete, and thanks FB!!

This workout routine gave me a lower back muscle strain . So I am leaving this comment here as a reminder pls stuck to workouts that r comfortable for your body. Do not over do anything. I was able to do about 70% o the push-ups on my toes but had to drop into my knees at the last part of the second interval. My triceps and shoulders are killing me now. Im pretty proud of myself considering I couldn't even do half of a full push up a year ago! 😂

I prefer reps instead of time.. I can't tell if I'm doing the same number on my left or right side.. but that said, I like how this one is done with twice through and not ABAB.. I use weights with adjustable plates, but those ABAB usually make me have to kneel down and switch out the plates. back and forth for each set. ugh. not fun.
