This killed me today. Just starting out, overweight, and trying kettle bell to get me moving, build strength and on track to getting healthier. I only made it 11 minutes.

Hi Caroline, I am a Chartered Physiotherapist in the UK and have done a lot of work with sports injuries and esp. kettlebells. It is a delight to see such a well presented and thought out workout, and how you use visualisation rather than endless talking like many other YT fitness trainers. Well done and keep up the great work!

Done this two days in a row along with my usual cardio, can feel muscles in places I forgot they were. Nice to use the kettlebell for more than a door stop 😃

I did THIS!. I am 74 and just starting with a low weight 5 lb kettlebell. Very clear with positions etc. No chat for distraction. Thank you so much for this workout!

62 and have a 16kg bell. Good to hear you other gentlemen keeping it real. I do a lot of boxing exercise on the heavy bag. I don’t kill myself it’s awesome exercise because you move around a lot and go at whatever pace you are comfortable with. I found this routine pushed me much harder than the boxing. The combination of this and the heavy bag plus just walking, all we need to stay in great shape.

Girvan has absolutely no muscles. And you can see that she loses strength midway through the exercises.

Caroline is a straight shooter, no BS. She just teaches the move concisely and gets right into the workout. No long intro or outro required. Incredible teacher‼️ 15 min work out that actually hurts more than it sounds! Amazing full body workout. Anyone can spare 15 min and get fit, absolutely no excuses.

50, overweight and out of breath after picking up my keys. Started a month ago with 6kg kettlebell just the first 3 minutes and dying. Now fourth time full fifteen minutes (at this age i need at least 2 recovery days) and just ordered a 10kg kettlebell. Thank you so much!

I'm 47 (f) and overweight. Started at the gym 6 weeks ago, got myself a rower and a week ago 2 Kettlebells, 12 kg and 16 kg. Learning new kettlebell moves every day. Will definitely try this workout. I love that I can work out at home any time, saving a lot of time. I might as well dump my gym membership in a couple of months.

Just turned 35 and I've never been fit or athletic, never really worked out but decided that if I don't start now and take back my health, it will be 10 times harder later. These work outs have been great for me! I've lost 10lbs and am getting stronger and so much healthier! Grateful for this specific workout, it has changed my routine and has pushed me! I use a 25lb kettlebell and it's been a week, I'm already wanting to level up and go heavier!

67yrs old…today was my first day..I will say my daughter has been using your videos for 1 yr and has made major transformation to her body.thank you, thank you..I did start with 10lbs..but I think I need 15lbs…I do lift weights so I think I have built myself up to a higher weight. Thank you again

Oh those kettlebell swings…most the time during the exercise that preceded it I wasn’t concentrating on the burn, I was thinking: oh no, here come the kettlebell swings 🥵! Only 15 minutes seemed short but I couldn’t have done any more, heck of a great workout condensed into that 15 minutes!

As a moderately fit crossfitter this kettle bell workout speaks to me. Differnce is that despite working hard you are constantly beaming that smile while I'm typically puffing and scowling during my workout.

Loving this workout videos. No talking chitchatting, just straight to the point. All the moves are straight forward and easy to follow. Very suitable for beginner. Today is my first workout using 4.5kg kettlebar /10lbs. Having so much fun thank you!!!

Today started ( kettleball weight 12kg). Will post my everyday progress for tracking😅 Day1 - Couldn't survive for more than 8 mins. However feeling good and rejuvenated. Day2 - Lower body full sored. Taking rest from kettlebell. However doing my walking Day3 - Super energised workout. Was able to complete 15 mins though last 3 mins was struggling to swing kettlebell Day4 - Rest and recover Day5 - Excellent session today Day6 - Excellent session

I combined this workout with the "30 Mins Extreme HIIT Full Body" and "12 Min Oblique and Core", and my legs were sore for 2 days afterward. LOVE it. These three together might be one of my favorite combinations so far. These workouts keep getting better and better! Thank you, Caroline!

it can be REALLY discouraging to see instructors that do each move seamlessly and without much effort. here, you show us that not every movement is perfect and they can be hard exercises to do. that's real and motivational as all heck! i appreciate that and will be doing this workout tonight!

I tried this yesterday with the 5 min warm up! I made it with all the exercises with a 2kg kettlebell and today my whole body hurts 🤣😂 I will gradually increase the weight of the kettlebell! Very good workout, thank you Caroline Girvan! Kisses from Greece ❤️😘

I'm 8 months post partum. Second baby 2.5 year old. 2 c sections. Free weight regular 8 years ago and too intimated by my past ability and new post partum body to attempt working out. Until now! Thank you so much for this. 15 mins is so achievable for me right now and I feel amazing 👏🏻

Just bought my new 20-pound kettlebell today! 1st workout is done! Can't wait to do more and most especially over the winter months. ⛄ Also, I've been affected by IT band syndrome this year. I've been able to run, hike, and cycle. However, I did have to take time off in November. Since I started physical therapy at home it has been better. Honestly, this strengthens all muscles connected to the IT band. Now, it is feeling stronger than ever. I love the kettlebell swings! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I just wanne say ty for saving my life 🙏 i have done this 15min x2 3 times a week for 6 months, and its been incredibly for me 🙏 I perform much better on my other workouts, my body feels stronger and everything other exercise i do it much better now, or it feels a lot easier. Today’s my first day, and I struggled, paused to catch my breath, started again, but I made it through. I’m going to do this again tomorrow, skip a day, and then do it 2 more days until I get used to it. Struggling to get back in shape after spine surgery in February, but I’m proud of myself for making it through. Thank you for this❤❤❤❤

This video helped me realize that I’m at the point where I can now go up in kettlebell weight!! I was using a 15pound kettlebell and I’m so excited to go up while still using her videos! What a great workout :)

Just finished this workout. I didnthe angels landing hike yesterday and strongly felt that I needed to continue working out at home. I'm currently 5'3 and weighing 200 lbs. I was upset seeing how much I weighed because last time I weighed myself I was 185 so my goal right now is to get back to 185. I found this video to be super easy to follow and a great workout. I am so happy and grateful to have found your page!

I did loads of kettle during my pregnancy and my baby flew out. 20 min labour, my muscles literally overode everything and took over. Be prepared!

Love this workout!! I'm totally sedentary and a non athlete but this is so helpful to me since I'm trying to get healthy. It is easy to learn but such a great (hard) workout. I do it 3 - 4 times a week and I feel much better.

I did this kettlebell workout after EPIC II day 1. Amazing combo, I was toasted after 10 min into the workout had to drop the weight to 12kg. to maintain form and keep up with Caroline a true powerhouse. Grateful to have come across your channel. First of all, can i just say WOW!!!! First time trying this kettlebell exercise, i have been wanting to get back into kettlebell training for a few weeks so today whilst sat on the bus i searched "kettlebell workout" on youtube and this was the first to come up. I do probably what every single other person does and watched half the video to see what i was letting myself in for whilsyt also reading the comments and im not gunna lie, i was abit scared haha. All i can say is, i absolutely loved it. I am 5ft 5.5 and weigh 13st 11lbs, always struggled with my weight and food. However i have been in a calorie defecit and this is by far the best thing for me, i have lost just over 2 stone by also incorporating 30 minute workouts into my day. I also average 15k steps a day and i needed strength training back in my life. I can not wait to do this workout again, i feel exhilarated and my endorphins are through the roof. I used an 8kg bell and managed the whole 30 minutes, the lunges made my sciatica twinge abit but hopefully with a bit of a deep rub it should unknot. Thankyou so so much!!!!

I never completed this workout before. I've done 99% of your videos. This was great. I completed your fuel day 27 upper body, and now I'm going to complete your 30-minute full body kettlebell workout. I used 20lbs for the swing 35 lbs and 25lbs for everything else.

😛My feedback: I do butt activation and warm up before I start caroline's workouts lol ( I would do 15 min* 2 so I can stretch my body in the middle! Stay hydrated also) I use 150 lbs resistance band for pre workout and 20lbs kettlebell Height: 165 cm Weight: 48kg Already done 15 kettlebell workouts from Carol for 2 months already(3-4 times a week) ! I work out 30 min- 60 min a day, ^^ rest days heavily depend on my condition (below 5 days a month I would say) Never thought I could be as flexible as water lol. Even yoga didn't bring me such beautiful result . Lol I make me dishyy while not eating enough ( I had eating disorders before I'm recovering from this) ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Excellent Lisa!! And welcome!! So happy you like this workout!! These are my daily workouts and I always do HIIT Sunday morning!! And a 1 hour full body every Friday! I change it up during the week so could be core or triceps etc! I hope you find lots of fun, challenge yourself and grow stronger! In the Community tab at top of page, there is a post with suggested weekly training schedule and relevant workouts however you may just like to train like me with less structure and more about how you feel!!💓💓

When I started with Caroline's workouts, I was using 8g kettlebell and suffering. Almost 1.5 year after, I am super comfortable in doing her workouts with 12/16 kg kettlebells! They are a bomb!

Excellent Steph! Glad you like the variety! It’s really how I train! One day bodyweight push ups, next maybe band glutes.. another heavy dumbbells! I love it!! No strict regime just how I feel!! 💓💓💓💓

I did this workout today and it was amazing! I switched off between 10lbs and 5lbs kettle bells and it felt really good so thank you for this workout. I will be coming back to this video!!

Good energy, no unnecessary talking, NO pushups (finally!!! I'm so tired of everyone including these with kettlebells "just because", bleh), one weight and an amazing workout that you can easily adjust to your own level. Great video! 🎉
