What is making her coldsnap so potent? I have an ascended sig 200 Kate and my first coldsnap is between 5-6k tics and with 2 I'm 11-12k. After 1 you have 13k! Is this this just boosts and suicides?

It’s the boosts, suicides, and mainly the dialed in passives that Kate gets after each perfect release. That’s why he starts with the fragility arrow to build up the dialed in passives which increases all trick arrow potency
