10:30, that is Not “crashing” that is what we call a “floating point” or “void” (CFrame Voiding) where a base part is placed above the 1 million mark and will begin to “glitch” and “distort” because Roblox cannot render objects far out of the zone. If you put the CFrame to math.huge, it will become completely black (as the camera cannot render everything within frame and just fails) and parts would be destroyed (sometimes) Say you put it at 9e6, it will render but heavily distort. By the way, a quick crash method is to just: crash the client with a loop with no yield as the client is too fast for it to comprehend unlike the server.

stuff like math.sqrt is not that intensive atall unless you run it millions of times per frame the main reason your lagging is because of all the printing. i garuntee you if you print 1+1 1000 times per frame, and then print sqrt(2) every frame, there will be absolutely no difference, because its the print taking up the resources, not math.sqrt if you want more accurate results you can *benchmark* with os.clock() there are also constants, so roblox wouldve just precalculated your math.sqrt once and never again, basically making all your results flawed. you can get accurate benchmark results with tonumber(number), which is one way to no longer makes it a constant

you can crash it without heavy cpu/gpu usage by looping through the game's descendants, and then attempt to destroy each descendant using pcall or a different threading function edit: iirc that should work, i did that 1 or 2 years ago

3:22 pretty sure the server doesnt render anything? arent you lagging because the server is doing physics calculations and not the fact its struggling to render the parts. and because youre in studio, you are both the client and server, your computer is still doing those physics calculations.

The reason is because roblox stores the player coordinates in 16bit integer(might be 32bit idk)
